--> 200 hrs of lectures; group practice and teaching hours under supervision of a senior teacher

To become certified Teacher, you need to complete 200 hours of:

* * > Lectures (3 modules)

* *> at least 25 hours of group practice

* *> at least 25 hours of yoga teaching under supervision of a senior teacher ⁣⁣

Lectures Start date: September 29th sept, 2019⁣⁣ and ends on 23rd of December 2019

Practical and teaching hours, can be completed till February 2020
