30 hours based on Yoga Therapy teaching and experience of, Nermeen, 18 years Yoga Thereapist and  Sony, Medwife and Massage therapist.

Explore the joyful joureny of pregnancy, delivery and first few months after recieving your baby, gaining your physcal and mental  health to be able to take care of your baby and family, learning how to involve your partner to enjoy the beautiful moments

·  Benefits of yoga for pregnancy and and after birth physically and psychologically

·  Prenatal anatomy and physiology changes during the pregnancy

·  Psychological and emotional considerations

·  Trimester specific techniques; How to appropriately and safely modify asana and movement

·  Posture alignments during each trimester

·  Sequencing for prenatal classes, with safe modification and transition techniques

·  Common discomforts of pregnancy and how to address them with yoga

·  Common back or pelvic problems & other common complaints and how yoga approach them

·  Relaxation techniques: Restorative Yoga and Nidra yoga, and meditations, mantras/affirmation/visualization

·  Yoga: Needs of the new mother

·  Postnatal safety guidelines

·  Sequencing for the Postnatal and most needed postures to gain back physical and psychological shape

·  Restorative yoga for new mothers including sample classes

·  Incorporating baby in the yoga postures

·  Postnatal psychological complication, such as depression, and how to overcome

·  Mom and Baby yoga classes for fun and back in shape
