4-days intense Advanced training for Nurses, Patients and carer of Cancer surviovors patients 

as a follow up after BMS conference in Limassol-Cyprus 

If Yoga is not a medical system, how does this fit into a therapy form? If it is a complimentary system, it should have a focus stand for therapy.  

How exactly Yoga fits into a therapeutic mode?

Yoga Intervention 4 CS methodology is based on Yoga Therapy, highly individual. Each student has its own challenges and capacities, case studies proved YT methodology highly adaptable, active vinyasa style that encourages movement coordinated with breath, and accompanied with relaxing and stress relief practices to ensure a cancer survivor achieves the maximum benefits from yoga. 

4- days Program should have theoretical part as well as hands on experience.

Certified workshop provides the scientific facts and tools so yoga and healthcare professionals can addressesspecific physical and emotional side-effects of cancer and cancer treatments.

Workshop includes:

•Introduction to Yoga Therapy methodology 

•Introduction to Endocrine System

•Stress and Psychological status and Hormonal balance

•The physics and physiology of yoga

•Facts and research about cancer and cancer treatments

•Short and long term side-effects and how yoga can alleviate them

•Asanas and Pranayama (Modifications and adaptation to each case)

•Guidance on how to create an effective and safe class or practice

•Supervised practice teaching
