About the event

Whether you are yoga teacher or yoga practitioner, knowing more about your basic structure, anatomy of your joints and muscles, what and how your physiological functions operate, that will make you chose and practice yoga with more awareness and deepening the effect of the practice.

This workshop will demystifying the yogic anatomy and physiology to everyone; you will discover how simple and beneficial to know more about which muscle is working while your are posing, which joint and tendons need to move and how it should move to increase its range of movement, how do your cells breaths, how metabolic function processed,...... etc 

We will learn more about:

- Spine, and vertebras structure

- Back muscles and how they operate to compensate 

- Abdominal structure

- Major joints/bones and tendons, possible movement

- How to maximize the range of movement of all joints

- Application on Hip joint

- The mystic breathing of the cells

- Metabolic function and how to maximize it

Nermeen  earned 2 master degrees (4-Years Yoga philosophy and Practical teaching diploma; 3-years Yoga Therapy master degree - 

Nermeen has been teaching YTT for 5 years now, with experience in yoga teaching and therapy with almost than 15 years;

more than 5000 hrs of teaching, therapy and conferences following the authentic yoga tradition of Sri Krishmacharya of India.
